Dani's Story
It all began in 2019 - the year I left a fast-paced buying role in London, became a mama and made the life-changing decision not to return to employment after maternity leave. Instead, I followed my heart and started a business with a friend. What began as a leap of faith grew into something far beyond what I ever imagined. Now, six years on, Little Stories is looking for new owners as I step fully into my true calling — Dani.Socials, and everything it’s naturally and beautifully evolving into.
2019 was also the year I fell head over heels for Instagram. Running my first business around the clock meant I was naturally marketing it 24/7 — growing and nurturing an engaged audience, connecting with like-minded people online, and constantly developing my skills in content creation and graphic design.
Founding and running Little Stories was one of the most transformative chapters of my life — a journey that gifted me not only invaluable skills, but also meaningful connections and countless opportunities. Building such a beautiful, well-loved and respected brand from the ground up taught me the true power of storytelling, community, and creativity. Little Stories laid the foundation for everything I do now, and I’ll always be deeply grateful for the role it played in shaping my career in marketing and social media.
From my efforts of growing my “little business” to an engaged community of 36,000 followers on Instagram, I was soon asked to manage other business’ social media accounts as well as exploring other creative avenues. These included working as a party décor designer. I created custom tablescapes, posters and props for children’s parties and special occasions, with clients coming to me for everything from wedding fans and menu signs to baby shower décor and party boxes. I also ventured into Content Creation from Product Photography to Graphic Design and Full Branding from logos to identity suites (I still offer this now!)

After 6 years as a social media manager with clients ranging from children’s toys to interior designers, bridal boutiques and organic farmers, I have been saying 2025 is the year I "put myself out of a job..."

I’m deeply passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to harness Instagram in a way that feels aligned, heart-led, and completely authentic. I teach you how to stand confidently in your brilliance, create content that supports you showing up with ease, and lead from the front — the Dani way.
That means ditching the noise, ignoring vanity metrics, and letting go of algorithm obsession. Mindful Social Media is about meaningful connection. It’s about creating for YOU first, telling real stories, nurturing your audience with integrity, and showing up from a place of joy, not pressure.
One of the things I love most about my business is that I’ve built a career around everything that lights me up — connecting with inspiring people, motivating others with my natural positivity, sharing creative ideas, and of course, stopping for coffee along the way! Some of my favourite moments are the scenic drives through the Cotswolds to cosy little village cafés, where I get to meet incredible women in business who are looking for a boost of cheerleading and a sprinkle of “Dani Joy.” I also love the freedom, the storytelling, the creative expression, and the feeling that I’m truly making a difference doing what I love.
When I'm not working on my business, you'll find me voice noting my "inner circle" about soul whispers, universal tests and juggling mum life. I’m obsessed with my babies. I remember being young and adventurous, free spirited and a dreamer yet always so excited about the prospect of being a mum. I am proud to say it didn’t disappoint. My “dream boy” Raffael, age 6 — adoringly known as Raffy — is a beautiful blend of curiosity, independence, and confidence, fascinated by dinosaurs and adventure, all wrapped up in a gentle soul full of the most love, sensitivity and unmatched kindness. Roma is a fierce little firecracker — unapologetically confident and proudly calling herself a “leader” at just three years old. She’s equally obsessed with Ninja Turtles and superheroes as she is with princesses and unicorns, embodying both strength and sparkle in the most magical way. She’s the very definition of those quotes about raising wild girls destined to change the world.
Being a mum is one of my greatest joys — a true life dream that I wholeheartedly manifested. There are moments when I look around and realise I’m living everything I once wished for: a loving husband who makes me laugh until I cry, a home filled with unconditional love, deep friendship, and a sense of grounding. With roots in both Italy and Cyprus, we’re true sun-seekers at heart, and we can’t wait to raise our children with the same love for dream-chasing, adventure, and globe-trotting that brought us together.
